Refund policy
Every Selène product is sourced through authorised distribution and dispatched sealed. Because these are dermatological products, returns are accepted only in limited cases. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact care@seleneskin.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace the product including shipping. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
